We fixed an issue in the donation syncing process of the Give Lively for Salesforce app.

utm_source
of donations made via a direct link to a Team Fundraising page.
For those donations, the UTM tracking value (for example “text” or “facebook,” depending on the added code) will appear as it should in the utm_source
