Several enhancements have been made to the Give Lively for Salesforce app.
  • A warning will be displayed if the Salesforce integration user lacks the necessary Salesforce permissions to refresh information or create/assign Give Lively custom permission sets. Learn more about permission sets in the Give Lively for Salesforce application.
  • Admins can use a newly added toggle to disable/enable hourly syncing as desired.

Payment receipts in the User Portal now include details about donation dedications.
This builds upon a similar update in automatic payment receipts and is in sync with the redesign of the giving history and receipts in the User Portal and the rollout of our new donation payment form. Donors can view this dedication information in the User Portal by clicking on
View Receipt
for any payment shown in the
Payment history
tab. Learn how to add the ability for donor’s to give in honor or in memory of someone and how to send a customized thank-you message to donors and ticket purchasers.
Nonprofits can now search for a Giving Basket line item by a donor’s full name in the Reports Portal.
The search tool is at the top of the
Line Items (Giving Basket)
on-screen report and this new search rubric makes it possible to jump to a specific donor’s donation(s). Users must select the search rubric from a dropdown list that also includes
Order ID
