Nonprofits can now search for a Giving Basket line item by a donor’s email address in the Reports Portal.
The search tool is at the top of the
Line Items (Giving Basket)
on-screen report and this new search rubric makes it possible to jump to a specific donor’s donation(s). Users must select the search rubric from a dropdown list that also includes
Order ID
(recently added) and
Full Name
(recently added). Learn what information is available in the Reports Portal.
When a nonprofit filters Giving Basket line items by date in the Reports Portal, results are determined by donation time in the nonprofit's timezone,
if one is specified in the Core Profile of member nonprofit or in the GuideStar profile of other nonprofits receiving donations through the Giving Basket. If there is no timezone specified, results are set to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Understand how Give Lively uses UTC for donation receipt times and dates and learn how to select the timezone for your nonprofit as you set up your Core Profile.
The default date range for on-screen Giving Basket donation data reports has been expanded to three months.
This is an increase from the previous range of one month. New instructional copy has also been added to make clear how on-screen reports work. Learn about the Nonprofit Admin Portal and about the Giving Basket Reports Portal.
Nonprofit admins may see a “reversed” status in the
Transfer Status
column of their
Transfers
report in the Reports Portal, if applicable.
In addition to the new “reversed” status, the
Transfer Status
column can state “succeeded”, “pending” or “failed”. Learn what information is available in the Giving Basket donor data.
