Add Double the Donation search tool to Give Lively donation forms

Right now, the Give Lively and Double the Donation integration does not include a matching gift search tool on the donation form. This differs from other integrations and causes us to miss out on additional match-eligible donors. We'd like this feature to be updated to the normal functionality.

I would like to echo how important it is to have this integration. We just signed with DTD thinking we would have this feature on the donation page only to learn there's no integration.

Agreed! We use Givelively and Double the Donation, and would love to have a streamlined integration of the matching gift search tool in the Givelively donation form.
