Move Recurring Donors to Core page when a campaign is closed

Recurring donor gifts made through a time-bound campaign are being synced to closed campaigns in salesforce. When a campaign closes which has recurring donors, can their future gifts be moved/credited to the organizations Core page?
Right now we are having to manually edit the campaign for each recurring gift in order to keep our records straight.
