Please make the recipient information downloadable along with the donation information. I've always had access to this in other donation portals. It makes it really helpful when identifying memorial donors and knowing who has been notified of what gifts.

We aren't being notified when donors dedicate their donation. The only way we learn about it is when the donor calls asking if a notification went out. We would like to be able to manually notify the honoree. I see that Give Lively sends an automated notification, but I'm not sure these are being received. This information would generally be helpful to us for donor communications.

Please make the dedication information (In Honor Of) available in Stripe. I contacted Stripe support and they told me that it is not a Stripe limitation, that Give Lively needs to send this field to Stripe.

Give Lively sends all other fields, even including custom fields to Stripe, with the exception of dedication information. Please send this, otherwise our accounting team needs to match the Stripe payout report with the Give Lively report. If this information was given to Stripe like everything else is, it would allow just one report to be needed.

They're useless if I can't see them in the confirmation email - or even in my portal - unless I download everything! Please connect the dedication fields in Stripe so that I can see them when I'm notified of the donation.

We recently did some fundraising for an event, I was disappointed when I realized that one of the donations we received was In Honor of some folks. The issue I had is that there was no notification to us that it was a dedication donation. When we recieve notifications we do not know that we had to look at the donation CSV to find it. Additionally when it posted to our live display or campaign page, it also only listed the donors name and not who they made the donation in honor of. I think this is a real lost opportunity for us as we had no idea based on the information we saw and or received. So when we printed a Thank You to be displayed at the event, we did not know this information to include to the print job. It should be included with the information about them donating (They also should be allowed to leave notes with their donation even if they do not do a donation in honor of someone.

I appreciate the ability to do a donation in honor of someone, but hope you can work towards making it easier for the donor to see that it happened and for us to be able to correctly list it by having notification of it. Thank you!

There is an additional questions feature at the end of checkout (maybe in Beta, not sure) where we ask people to tell us why they gave today.
