We had a chaotic "training" last night to help our institutions create their team pages. We were projecting on a large screen. First of all, the platform would not let us log back in after we created a sample page called "any institution." After 3 or 4 tries, we went back to log in with a different account. Looking at the teams that were created, several of them have donations but they don't show up under the person's name. Also, the team name is showing up as the leader who created it and not as the institution's name. Leaderboard has disappeared from the outward facing campaign page. The problems with setting up new pages are numerous. Now it is next to impossible to track which institutions' pages are set up properly and how they appear from the outside. Basically, the set-up process has been an all-around disaster.
