Suggested Tip is unreasonably high

Give Lively must have recently changed the suggested tip, because previously it was around the same amount as the processing fee. Now when a donor goes to make a donation of $250, it suggests to cover the processing fees and tip almost $50 (around $6 for processing fees, and $37.50 for tip), when it used to be around $12-15. I think this is an incredibly high amount that will turn anyone off covering processing fees. It's very confusing for donors to have these as the same button, and increasing the tip amount this much will make it so none of our donors choose to cover fees.

I cannot agree more, and feel our donors are being tricked into giving to Give Lively. Worst yet is that money sent to Give Lively isn't tax-deductible. We've added a note to our donation page about this very confusing change but donors likely aren't reading it because very large tips are still being given. This feels like donor exploitation and fraud. Please separate the Give Lively tips from the ability to cover our transaction fees, or eliminate both options altogether. This is making us seriously consider switching platforms because of the reputational harm done by fleecing our donors.
