It would be very helpful to be able to click on a donor and print the donation receipt that was sent to them as proof that a donation receipt was sent.

Allow a donor to donate any amount of their choosing, not just a round number. For example, we had a campaign in which we asked donors to donate $9.95 (a number of significance) a month but were unable to do so on the current platform.
